I love your writing. <br /><br />Like you I see myself as fortunate - my son has learning and communication disabilities, so no tubes or wires, no wheels, no equipment. We have nothing like the level of additional things that many other special needs parents I know consider normal. And yet other parents ("normal parents"?) see my life as not normal and hard. It just feels normal to me!<br /><br />But stuff!
